This Woniry replacement remote works with Samsung split and window AC model AR18HC5TFURNNA and many other Samsung air conditioner units.
Compatible Models:
AR18HC5TFURNNA and other Samsung split AC models across 1 ton, 1.5 ton, and 2 ton capacity ranges. The remote layout matches Samsung's standard AC controller design used from 2015 onwards.
What's in the box:
One Samsung AC replacement remote. Batteries not included (requires two AAA cells).
How to use:
Pop in two AAA batteries (not included). Point at the AC indoor unit sensor and press a button. That is the whole setup.
All the usual functions are here: temperature up and down, mode selection (cool, heat, fan, dry, auto), fan speed control, swing, turbo, sleep mode, and the smart saver function. The LCD display shows your current settings.
Note: if your AC unit is older than 2014 or uses a different button layout, double-check the images before ordering. Some very old Samsung window AC models from 2010-2012 used a different remote protocol and won't respond to this controller. Most split ACs from 2015 onwards work fine.
Range is about 8 to 10 meters in a clear line of sight. Battery life runs 8 to 10 months with typical daily use.
