Woniry Refund and Replacement Policy

This policy covers replacement TV and AC remotes sold on woniry.in. It is written for remotes, not apparel.

7-day window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement if:

  • the remote is dead on arrival (DOA) or defective
  • we shipped the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  • there is a fit mismatch after you followed our WhatsApp photo-check guidance and the remote you received does not match the listing photos or listed model

Before you order

Please match your old remote’s button layout and model number with the listing photos. Brand name alone is not enough. You can send a clear photo of your current remote on WhatsApp to +91 6354583783 for a fit check. We are happy to help you choose the right listing.

How to raise a request

Contact us on WhatsApp +91 6354583783 or email woniry27@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number and clear photos of the remote you received (front and back), the packaging if damaged, and your old remote or device model label when the question is about fit. Do not ship anything back until we confirm the next step on WhatsApp or email.

Who pays return shipping

If we shipped the wrong item, a defective or DOA unit, or a remote that does not match our listing photos, Woniry covers return shipping (we share a prepaid label or equivalent). If the remote matches the listing and works, but you ordered the wrong model or changed your mind, you pay return shipping to our Ahmedabad address.

What we cannot accept

  • Requests started after 7 days from delivery
  • Remotes damaged by misuse, liquid, or breakage after delivery
  • Items sent back without a prior approved return request
  • Compatibility issues where the listing photos and model were correct, but your unit needed a different layout

Refunds and replacements

Approved returns are inspected after we receive them. We offer a replacement of the correct or working remote, or a refund to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are paid by UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide. Express Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, except when we shipped the wrong or defective item.

Order cancellation

You may cancel before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Use the return process above if you are eligible.
