We ship replacement TV and AC remote controls across India from our Ahmedabad warehouse (Shubh Enterprise, B-41 Sumel Businesspark-4, Amdupura, Ahmedabad 380018, Gujarat).
Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation (orders on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day).
Delivery timelines (India)
- Estimated delivery: 1–4 days after dispatch for destinations across India, matching our Google Merchant Center shipping policy.
- Actual delivery may vary slightly by pin code and courier conditions; we will update you if there is a delay.

- Shipping uses a flat rate where applicable; the exact charge (or free shipping, when offered) is shown at checkout before you pay.

Wrong / damaged / missing items
- Please inspect the package on delivery. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
Undeliverable packages
- If a shipment returns due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed attempts, we may charge re-shipping or refund after deducting shipping costs as applicable.
