This Woniry replacement remote works with Panasonic split and window air conditioners across the 1 ton, 1.5 ton, and 2 ton range, both inverter and non-inverter. It matches the original button layout exactly.
Compatible Models:
This remote supports a wide range of Panasonic AC units sold in India from about 2015 onwards. If your original remote looked like this one and had the same button set (mode, temp up/down, swing, timer, sleep, turbo, economy), it will work. Panasonic uses a few different remote layouts, so check your old remote's appearance before ordering.
What is in the box:
One remote body. Two AAA batteries are not included.
How to use:
Pop in two AAA batteries (not included). Point at the AC indoor unit sensor and press a button. That is the whole setup.
Honest note:
This is the non-backlit version. If your original remote had a backlight for night use, this one does not. The buttons work the same, but you will need room light to see them in the dark. Panasonic released several remote variants over the years. This model fits the majority of their split and window ACs, but if your unit came with a vastly different button set (like models with Wi-Fi or app control built into the remote), this will not be a match. Check the photo against your old remote.
Battery life is about 8 to 10 months with normal daily use. The remote uses standard infrared, so it works through most furniture and from about 8 to 10 metres away as long as the sensor on the AC has a clear line of sight.
