Google Chromecast TV Remote With Voice & Bluetooth

This Woniry Bluetooth voice remote replaces the original controller for Google Chromecast with Google TV (both HD and 4K dongles). It works with model codes G9N9N, GA01920-US, GA01923-US, GA01919-US, GA03131-US, and the short-code GA01919REM.

This is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) remote, not an IR remote, so it must be paired with the Chromecast dongle before it works.

How to pair this remote with your Chromecast:
1. Plug in the Chromecast dongle and switch on your TV. Stay on the Chromecast home screen.
2. Insert two AAA batteries into the new remote (not included).
3. Hold the Home and Back buttons together for about 5 seconds until the LED on the remote starts blinking.
4. The TV will show 'Pair new remote' within 30 to 60 seconds.
5. Once the LED stops blinking and stays solid, the remote is paired. Test the volume button.

First-time tip: keep the remote within 30 cm of the Chromecast dongle during pairing. After pairing, it works from across the room.

If your Chromecast is currently paired to a different remote, you may need to put the dongle into pairing mode manually (Settings, Remotes and Accessories, Pair remote or accessory). Some versions only allow one paired voice remote at a time, so unpair the old one first if the new one does not connect.

The remote includes dedicated buttons for Netflix, YouTube, and Google Assistant voice search. Volume and power buttons are IR-based and control the TV directly once you run the setup wizard on the Chromecast.
