Crompton Energion Cromair BLDC Fan Replacement Remote

This Woniry replacement remote controls Crompton Energion and Cromair series BLDC ceiling fans. It replaces the original remote that came with your fan.

Compatible Models:

Crompton Energion series, Crompton Cromair series. Both are BLDC (brushless DC motor) fans sold by Crompton Greaves from about 2018 onwards. If your fan came with a handheld remote and the Energion or Cromair label on the box, this will work.

What is in the box: one remote. No batteries (you need two AAA cells).

How to use: Pop in two AAA batteries (not included). Point at the fan receiver and press a button. That is the whole setup. IR remotes do not pair, they just work.

Buttons: On/Off, six-speed control (most BLDC fans run 1 to 6), timer (1h, 2h, 4h, 8h auto shut-off), and swing if your model supports reversible airflow. The layout matches the original.

One honest note: this is an IR remote, not an RF remote. IR needs line of sight to the fan receiver. If you have a large room with the fan tucked behind a beam, you may need to aim carefully. RF remotes work through walls, IR does not. Most Crompton BLDC fans use IR, a few older Energion models used RF. If your original remote had a stubby antenna, yours was RF and this will not be compatible. Check your old remote. No antenna means IR, and this works.
