Blue Star AC Replacement Remote (Split & Window, All Tonnage)

This Woniry replacement remote works with Blue Star air conditioners that used the model 301 remote originally. Fits both split and window units across 1 ton, 1.5 ton, and 2 ton capacities.

Compatible models include IC512VNUR, ID512QNUR-M, ID512QNUR-B, ID512NNURS, IC518YNUR, IC518NNUR, IB312TKU, and similar Blue Star ACs sold between 2014 and 2022. Before ordering, compare your broken remote key by key with the product photo. Every button must match position and label.

What you get: the remote body only. Two AAA batteries not included. No instruction sheet (you do not need one).

How to use it: Pop in two AAA batteries (not included). Point at the AC indoor unit sensor and press a button. That is the whole setup.

Troubleshooting note: If your AC does not respond, check the batteries are seated correctly and the sensor window on the indoor unit is not blocked by dust or a sticker. Blue Star ACs from 2023 onward sometimes use a different remote model with fewer buttons. If your original remote has a Wi-Fi logo or mobile pairing button, this one will not work. For units older than 2012, the button layout may differ slightly. Compare carefully.

Range is about 8 to 10 metres in clear line of sight. The remote uses standard infrared, so it needs to point roughly at the AC. Battery life is typically 8 to 10 months with daily use.

A: Yes, if your original remote looked like model 301 (turbo, swing, timer buttons in that order). Check the photo.

Q: Does it come with batteries?
A: No. You need two AAA cells, available at any kirana shop.

A: Most Blue Star ACs from 2010 to 2022 used this layout. Match your old remote button by button to be sure.

Q: Do I need to pair it like a TV remote?
A: No. AC remotes are IR only, no pairing. Just insert batteries and point.
